Intuit employees spend over 10,000 hours each year conducting “Follow Me Homes.” The concept is simple: we join you at your office or home and watch you work. We’ll have a conversation with you about your work-life and we will ask to see how you use our software, as part of a greater effort to figure out how we can do a better job of helping our accountant and bookkeeping partners.
