How do I access the ProAdvisor Portal?
Sign into your Accountant Portal and click on the left navigation bar. The ProAdvisor options and marketing tools are found within this page.
I am a ProAdvisor, but I don’t see my Certification showing on my profile. How can I fix this?
If you go to your Certification tab and scroll down, you should see an option to Download Certificate. If you see the option to Take Exam instead, make sure to contact our QBO Accountant support team at 1-855-253-1536 to have this added in for you.
My ProAdvisor status is showing Silver Status, but it should be Gold or Diamond. Why is that?
Once the certification is added to your profile, you will initially be shown as a Silver Partner. It can take up to two weeks for the status to be updated to Gold (5-19 clients), or Diamond (20+ clients).
